Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited

Continuation proposals and renewal of buy-back authority

Further to the announcement by the Company on 8 March 2011 in relation to the suspension of the 30 June 2011 and 31 December 2011 Redemption Facilities and following consultation with certain of the Company's large shareholders, the Board of Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited announces that the Company will put forward to Shareholders continuation proposals for the Company's future in early 2012.

The continuation proposals will include a liquidity event for Shareholders. It is intended that further details will be provided by early 2012, following further shareholder consultation and legal and financial advice.

In the interim, the Board will be posting a circular to Shareholders to seek their approval for a renewal of the Company's buy-back authority to enable the Company to continue with its share buy-back programme. It is expected that this circular will be posted to shareholders on or around 8 April 2011.
