Under Tescom's share buyback programme of Ordinary Shares, as set out in the
Company's third quarter results announced on 01 December 2005, the Company has
made the following on market purchases of Ordinary Shares (to be held as
treasury shares as defined in Israeli law):

17 January 2006            5,073                         6.40

The Company now holds 348,824 Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number
of Ordinary Shares in issue less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury following the purchase and non-cancellation of such Ordinary Shares is
15,820,403 Ordinary Shares.
