Resignation of Director

TVC Holdings plc ("TVC" or the "Company"), the investment holding company, today (Thursday, 9 May 2013) announces the resignation of Rory Quirke from the Board of Directors with effect from 8 May 2013. After over fifteen years with TVC, Rory is leaving his position to pursue other opportunities.

Shane Reihill, Executive Chairman, commented:

"Rory joined TVC in 1997. Since then he has made a very significant contribution to the growth and success of the Group. Rory was instrumental in the successful negotiation and completion of a number of new investments and he represented TVC on the boards of a number of its investee companies. He was also responsible for some of the Group's important investment disposals and has been a very effective member of the Board.

"On behalf of the Board I would like to express our gratitude to Rory for his contribution and commitment to TVC and to wish him well in his future career."
