Share Buy Back

TVCH announces that on 9 August 2013 it purchased 4,737,727 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR0.94 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, TVC now has a total of 91,528,927 Ordinary Shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 9,583,652 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

This purchase was made pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 27 June 2013. To date 9,583,652 Ordinary Shares have been repurchased under this authority.
