DIRECTOR DEALING

The board of TXO plc was notified yesterday that Tim Baldwin, Chairman of the Company has purchased 10,000,000 shares at a price of 0.205 pence per share. Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Tim Baldwin (which includes 10,000,000 ordinary shares in Company held by Hill Street Investments Plc) has an interest in 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.15 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
