                                Outcome of AGM                                 

TXO is pleased to announce that at yesterday's Annual General Meeting all
resolutions contained in notice of the meeting were duly passed.

During his presentation to the meeting Mike Chandler, CEO, was pleased to
announce that the Company's unaudited revenues were US$884,000 for the twelve
months to October 2004 compared with US$476,000 for the twelve months to
October 2003.
