Equity Investment

Further to its announcement on 2 August 2018, the Company has been today notified that the previously announced equity investment in the Company will no longer complete, due to uncertainty about the future activities of the Company.

As a result, the Board has commenced discussions with an insolvency practitioner, and expects to make a further announcement shortly.

Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Stockdale Securities Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has resigned with immediate effect. Therefore, if within one month the Company does not appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to AIM will be will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
