Additional Channel partner signed and BCE orders start

Vanco, the pioneering global Virtual Network Operator (VNO), today announces it
has signed an agreement for Business  Connexion Pty Ltd (BCX), South Africa's
leading Systems Integrator, to sell Vanco's VNO services. This contract follows
the similar agreements signed with Bell Canada in June 2006 and Swisscom in
August 2005.

The agreement gives BCX access to the largest amount of global network
infrastructure available from a single source.   BCX will be using Vanco's
global VNO services to provide network reach outside of South Africa.

Vanco is contracted to supply BCX with these services for a period of three
years, and then in annual increments by  mutual agreement. In order to maintain
Vanco's reputation for independence, it is not obliged to select BCX for the
underlying network for any of its VNO solutions.

Through Vanco's VNO model, BCX brings more competitive solutions to South
African companies for network bids where the  requirements extend globally.

Additionally, following the deal with Bell Canada Enterprises, announced in June
2006, Vanco has now installed the  first sites under the agreement, for a
leading materials manufacturer headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Allen Timpany, Chief Executive of Vanco, said, "It is excellent to see orders
