Vanco plc, the pioneering global Virtual Network Operator (VNO), announces that
it has signed a contract with a major US Carrier to provide a national Broadband
service offering to its business customers across the United States.  The
Carrier, with 3000 sales staff, launches the new offering this month.

The agreement gives the Carrier the ability to provide its customers with
Broadband services at virtually any location across the country.  Through
Vanco's Virtual Network Operator model the Carrier can access the networks of
over 250 underlying DSL and cable providers in the USA.

In addition to initiating contractual arrangements with underlying providers,
Vanco will fulfill the Carrier's orders for the service by coordinating
installation and serving as a conduit to underlying providers for network
management and troubleshooting.

In order to maintain Vanco's reputation for independence, it is not obliged to
select the Carrier for the underlying network for any of its VNO solutions.

There is no revenue commitment under the agreement. The Carrier has indicated
that there is strong demand for this solution in the United States.

Separately, under the contract with T-Systems, the business solutions arm of
Deutsche Telekom, which was signed ten weeks ago, the first two new client
agreements have been signed.
