  Notification of major interests in shares - Liontrust increases its holding

Vebnet, the AIM-traded leading provider of employee benefit technology
solutions, has been advised by Liontrust Asset Management that it has acquired
135,229 ordinary shares (1.6% of Vebnet's issued share capital) at a price of
181p per share, taking its total holding to 611,229 shares (7.1% of Vebnet's
issued share capital).
