    Vebnet, the AIM-traded leading provider of employee benefit technology
    solutions, was informed on 24 July 2008 that Liontrust Asset Management purchased 17,539 shares in the Company at 122.5p per share.

    Following this purchase, Liontrust Asset Management now holds 1,121,160 ordinary shares in the capital of the company representing
approximately 12.02% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the company.
