                       Visual Defence Inc (the "Company")

                           Acquisition of own shares

The Company announces that, further to its announcement of 22 November 2005
regarding its decision to make market purchases for cancellation of its own
shares ("Common Shares"), the Company made on-market purchases on 8 December
2005 of 3,153,000 Common Shares (equivalent to 4.26 per cent of the Common
Shares) and, on 9 December 2005, 454,545 Common Shares (equivalent to 0.61 per
cent of the Common Shares) at 25 pence per share.

Following the purchase and cancellation of such Common Shares, the number of
Common Shares in issue is 70,453,942.
