                      Block Listing and Additional Listing


The Company announces that an application has been made to the AIM market of
London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM") for a block admission of 270,000 common shares
without nominal or par value ("Common Shares") to satisfy obligations under a
stock option agreement. These shares will be allotted and issued in due course
in accordance with the rules of the stock option agreement.


The Company also announces that an application has been made to AIM for the
admission of 102,608 Common Shares pursuant to an exercise of options over
Common Shares.


Admission of the new Common Shares is expected to commence on 4 September 2006
and the new Common Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
Common Shares in issue.
