  VISUAL DEFENCE AWARDED SECURITY CONTRACT EXTENSION BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT
                              MINISTRY OF DEFENCE


RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -June 14, 2007 - Visual Defence Inc. (LSE:VDI), Visual
Defence Inc. (LSE: VDI), the security convergence company, today announces that
it has been awarded a CAD $500,000 contract extension to provide security
solutions to the Israeli Government Ministry of Defense (MOD). Due to the
sensitive nature of the contract, further details are unable to be released.
