               AIM Rule 26 Compliance and Change of Adviser Name

Vividas (AIM:VDS), the video streaming technology company, announces that the
information required by Rule 26 (company information disclosure) of the AIM
Rules for Companies is available on the Company's website www.vividas.com.

Vividas also announces that, following the change of name of Teather & Greenwood
Limited to Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited with effect from 9 August 2007,
the name of its nominated adviser and broker has changed to Lansdbanki
Securities (UK) Limited.
