Extension of protective notice given to Vision Capital Advisors LLC

The board of directors of Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today announces that it has agreed to a three month extension to the protective notice period given to its investment manager, Vision Capital Advisors LLC ("VCA").

Given that VCA remains involved in the ongoing process of the Company seeking to realise its outstanding investment portfolio in an orderly manner, the Company's board considers an extension of VCA's appointment as investment manager by three months, to 30 June 2012, to be appropriate.
