acquisition of 175,000 ordinary shares, thereby raising his interest from 1,258,000 ordinary shares representing 6.794 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company to 1,433,000 ordinary shares representing 7.739 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
