                               Additional Listing

The Board announces that in consideration for Prime Focus Limited providing a
guarantee under a share purchase agreement dated 21 July 2006 in respect of the
purchase by the Company of Clear (Post Production) Limited as announced on 25
July 2006, 1,225,000 ordinary shares of 5p each be allotted to Prime Focus
Limited.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 1,225,000 new ordinary shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place
on 2 June 2007.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company. Following this allotment, the total voting rights of the Company will
increase to 28,981,276 ordinary shares.
