Vyke Communications PLC (AIM: VYKE.L) has been notified that on 23 October 2009 
Mr Jorgen Rasmussen, a non executive director of the Company, purchased 33,000 
Ordinary Shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per 
Ordinary Share. 
 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Rasmussen is interested in 283,000 Ordinary 
Shares, representing approximately 0.45 per cent of the issued share capital of
