    Wogen plc ("Wogen" or the "Company") announces that Colin Williams has advised the Board of his decision to step down from his position
as Executive Deputy Chairman from 1 January 2009. He will continue with the Group as a Non-executive Director.

    Mr Williams co-founded Wogen in 1972, and became Deputy Chairman following Mike Hutchinson's appointment as Non-executive Chairman in
August 2008.


    Wogen's Non-executive Chairman, Mike Hutchinson, commented:
    "The Board is indebted to Colin for his leadership of the firm over the last 36 years. We are pleased that he has agreed to continue
supporting the Company with his outstanding expertise and deep knowledge of the markets as a Director, and wish him well as he takes a step
back from the day-to-day business".
