The Board of Wogen plc (AIM: WGN) announces that it was notified on 22 January 
2009 that on 21 January 2009, Colin Williams sold 79,000 Shares (representing 
approximately 0.18% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital) to his son Alexander 
Williams, an employee of the Company and a Director of Wogen Resources Limited, 
at a price of 19p per Share. 
Following the above, the interests of Colin Williams in the Shares of the 
Company is 13,313,227 Shares (previously 13,392,227 Shares), representing 
approximately 29.65% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
