GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS 
 
 
The Company announces that three directors were granted options on 13 February 
2009 under the Wogen plc Share Option Scheme over the Company's ordinary shares 
of 5p each. These grants formed part of wider grants of 815,000 options to a 
total of 32 employees across the Company, on the same date. The grants to 
directors were as follows:

The share options granted on 13 February 2009 are exercisable between 14 
February 2012 and 13 February 2019, subject to the meeting of performance 
conditions which require that the Company's ordinary shares achieve a total 
shareholder return above the FTSE All-share Index total return measured over the 
three year period from the date of grant, with two retestings.
