Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the corporate and institutional stockbroking group, has been notified by Standard Bank Jersey Limited ("SBJ") of a change in its shareholding following the placing of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), announced on 1 February 2012 and admitted to trading on AIM on 6 February 2012. As announced, SBJ purchased 1,519,123 of the new Ordinary Shares issued at a price of 40p per share. Following the completion of this transaction, SBJ has an interest in 3,544,123 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 18.19% of Westhouse's issued share capital.
