    White Star Property Holdings Plc ("White Star" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

The board of the Company announces that on 11 September 2006 the Company issued
and allotted 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a value of
1 pence per share.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company.

Application has made for the 1,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and it is expected that admission of these shares will take
place on or around 15 September 2006.
