                         White Star Property Holdings plc

                              Suspension from trading


The Directors regret to announce that the Report and Accounts for the year ended
30 September 2007 ("the Accounts") will not be available to shareholders by 31
March 2008.  The failure to dispatch the Accounts on a timely basis is in breach
of the AIM rules and accordingly, trading in the shares of the Company will be
suspended immediately .

The reason for the delay centres around a material contract, due to be completed
shortly, and which the auditors believe should be in the Accounts as a
post-balance event.

The Directors anticipate that the Accounts should be available for dispatch to
the shareholders by the middle of April when they expect the restoration of
dealings in the shares to take place.
