The discussions which the Chairman of the Company reported in the announcement
of the final results on 21 June 2006 as continuing, have now ended.



The Company will continue to explore further suitable acquisition opportunities
but in the event that no suitable opportunity can be identified, the Company may
seek to return assets to shareholders.
