As previously announced, Martin Towers was appointed Group Finance Director on
12 November 2001.  He has subsequently been appointed to the Group Board on 29
November 2001. In the previous five years, Mr Towers has been a director of
Allied Textile Companies plc and The Spring Ram Corporation Plc.



There are no other details required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 16.4 of
the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority pursuant to Mr Towers.
