Directorate change

Yujin International Ltd, the owner and charterer of a fleet of short range tankers operating in the Asia Pacific region today announces the resignation of their Chief financial Officer ("CFO") and Director, Mr. Bernard Lim. Mr. Lim, who joined the Group in June 2008, has indicated his intention to leave to pursue personal plans and the Directors of Yujin have reluctantly accepted his desire to pursue other interests. The Board of Yujin wishes to express their sincere thanks for the services rendered by Mr. Lim and wishes him the best in his future pursuits.

Ms. Pris Peh, the current Finance Manager, will take over with immediate effect as the Acting CFO of the Group. Mr. Lim has resigned from the Board of Yujin with immediate effect however Mr. Lim will be available until the end of February 2011 to hand over responsibilities to Ms. Peh. Ms. Peh will be overseen by Keen Whye Lee, Non-executive Chairman of the Company.
