Rule 2.10 update and changes to Total Voting Rights


In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and in
conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of the Company
notifies the market that:

Following the issue of 274,074 ordinary shares in relation to deferred vendor
consideration, the Company's issued share capital comprises 20,591,056 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each.

The ISIN reference number for these securities is GB00B05MLF29.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 20,591,056.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
