The solution also lowers the total cost of ownership by eliminating outbound line charges from PBX and Centrex systems, improving dispatcher and administrator productivity, and allowing customers to use existing infrastructure, devices and systems with minimal incremental cost. ENS dispatches messages to pre-defined groups of users, including Arch's one-way and two-way messaging devices.
