Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) today announced that Finning International Inc., the world�s largest Caterpillar equipment dealer, licensed the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System and Lawson S3 Human Capital Management Suite to help support the company�s long-term growth. The global equipment distributor will use the Lawson M3 solution, designed specifically for the equipment service management & rental industries, to support tight integration with Caterpillar, enhance customer service, gain organization-wide visibility into business processes and create a reliable, consolidated source of information. Finning will also use the Lawson S3 Human Capital Management solution to help optimize human resources management across the organization. The contract was signed during Lawson�s third quarter of fiscal 2008, which ended Feb. 29, 2008.
