Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) announced today that Spectrum Health, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., is the first healthcare organization to select the new Lawson Talent Management Suite. Lawson Talent Management is part of the Lawson Strategic Human Capital Management System, and was introduced during the Lawson Conference and User Exchange (CUE) in March. Spectrum Health will use the Lawson solution to help simplify talent acquisition, provide an improved candidate experience and automate compensation processes through a single, integrated system. The contract was signed during Lawson�s fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, which ends May 31, 2008.
