Version 1.0 of customers.omniture.com includes the following functionality:

• Standalone online help
• System status grid
• Omniture Help System access (including knowledge base, training videos, documentation)
• Maintenance release schedules
• Create/Edit an incident (for Supported Users)
• View all incidents
• ClientCare known items (with work-arounds if available)

Access to customers.omniture.com can be gained through:

• Direct access by logging on to customers.omniture.com with Omniture suite credentials
• From www.omniture.com and a direct link to customers.comniture.com in the Resources menu
• From a direct link in the Help menu in the Omniture suite
• From a direct link from the Help section in the Omniture suite
