ONEQ Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index ETF

Fidelity Investments® announced today that the Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share from net investment income. The dividend will be paid on Friday, December 23, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, December 20, 2011. The ex-dividend date is Friday, December 16, 2011.
