( 1)  25% of the shares subject to the option will vest and become exercisable on May 2, 2008, and the remaining shares will vest monthly thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on May 2, 2011.
( 2)  25% of the shares subject to the option will vest and become exercisable on May 2, 2009, and the remaining shares will vest monthly thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on May 2, 2012. The option has a 100% acceleration clause in the event of a change in control.
