OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quest Energy Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership") announced today the pricing of the initial public offering of 9,100,000 of its common units at a price of $18.00 per unit. The Partnership has also granted the underwriters a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 1,365,000 common units. The common units will begin trading on Friday, November 9 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "QELP." The offering is expected to close on or about November 15, 2007. The common units offered to the public will represent an aggregate 42.1 percent limited partner interest in the Partnership, or approximately 48.5 percent if the underwriters exercise in full their over-allotment option.
