Roanoke Electric Steel Corporation Declares 186th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend ROANOKE, Va., April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Roanoke Electric Steel Corporation (NASDAQ:RESC) today reported that its Board of Directors, at a regular meeting held on April 19, 2005, declared the 186th consecutive quarterly common stock cash dividend in the amount of 11 cents per share. The dividend is payable on May 25, 2005, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2005. Roanoke Electric Steel Corporation has steel manufacturing facilities in Roanoke, Virginia, and Huntington, West Virginia, producing angles, rounds, flats, channels, beams, special sections and billets, which are sold to steel service centers, fabricators, original equipment manufacturers and other steel producers.
