The stockholders of SeeBeyond Technology Corporation (NASDAQ:SBYN) today approved and adopted the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of June 27, 2005, by and among Sun Microsystems, Inc., Big Bear Acquisition Corporation and SeeBeyond, and approved the merger. Stockholders holding approximately 72% of the total number of shares of SeeBeyond issued, outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting voted in favor of the agreement and the merger. The transaction is expected to close later today.
