New Velocity series brings advanced options for hearing aid

aids, announced the launch of a new series of Velocity brand
hearing aids: Velocity 24, Velocity 12 and Velocity 4. The new
products are designed to give hearing care professionals a full
range of products to fit a variety of consumers needs. "The

cancellation and automatic noise reduction. Other features include
automatic telephone, data logging, voice alerts, 13 pre-configured
listening environments and Bluetooth(R) compatibility. Velocity 24
is available in a wide variety of custom models, a standard-size
BTE model and the smallest fully-featured miniBTE available. The
miniBTE can be fit with either an ear hook or thin tube
configuration. Velocity 12 is the advanced product in the new
Velocity series and is designed for patients who encounter
situations that may include background noise. Velocity 12 features
automatic and adaptive directionality, adaptive feedback
cancellation and noise reduction. Other features include automatic
telephone, data logging, 10 pre-configured listening environments,
and Bluetooth(R) compatibility. Velocity 12 is available in a wide
variety of custom models, a standard-size BTE model, and the
smallest fully-featured miniBTE available that can be fit with

Velocity 4 for patients who have less demanding listening needs.
Velocity 4 offers basic features that can help patients hear better
in many situations. Velocity 4 features directionality, feedback

listening programs, five pre-configured listening environments, and

variety of custom models, and two standard-size BTE models that
