Uranium Royalty Corp. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 2 to the Company’s Report on Form 6-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 8, 2023 (as amended by Amendment No. 1 on September 7, 2023, the “Original 6-K”), solely for the purpose of adding Exhibits 99.4 and 99.5, which were inadvertently omitted from the Original 6-K. No other changes were made to the Original 6-K, or to the exhibits attached thereto.
