On September 4, 2008, Zones, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the end of the “go-shop” period under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 30, 2008, between the Company and Zones Acquisition Corp., a Washington corporation.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
