(NYSE: IOP) today announced that its final dividend for full year 2005 of $0.08 per share is payable to the holders of record of the common stock of the corporation on February 23, 2006 and not holders of record of the common stock of the corporation on February 17, 2006 as stated in the Company's release issued yesterday.
