Van Kampen Senior Income Trust (the "Fund") is managed by the Senior Loan Team of Van Kampen Asset Management (the "Adviser"). The Adviser announced today that current members of the team jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund's portfolio are Howard Tiffen, a Managing Director of the Adviser, and Christina Jamieson, an Executive Director of the Adviser. Mr. Tiffen has worked for the Adviser since 1999 and joined the team managing the Fund in 1999. Ms. Jamieson has worked for the Adviser since March 2000 and joined the team managing the Fund in January 2002. Prior to January 2002, Ms. Jamieson was the credit officer for the senior loan group. Mr. Tiffen is the lead manager of the Fund. These team members contribute to the day-to-day management of the Fund and to the execution of its overall investment strategy.
