STAG Industrial, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE:STIR) today
announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,750,000
shares of its common stock at $13.00 per share. The shares are
expected to begin trading on April 15, 2011 on the New York Stock
Exchange under the symbol “STIR.” The offering is expected to close
on April 20, 2011. The Company granted the underwriters of the
offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,062,500
shares to cover overallotments, if any.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank are the
joint book-running managers for the offering, and RBC Capital
Markets, Evercore Partners, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and RBS are
the co-managers for the offering.
