LIN TV Corp. (“LIN Media”; NYSE: TVL), a local multimedia

awarded more than $500,000 in scholarship funds to ambitious
students interested in a wide spectrum of fields in or relating to
broadcast television and digital media.

Program was awarded to Cameron Edgeworth, a junior at the

attend college, Mr. Edgeworth is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Mass Communication:
Broadcasting. Mr. Edgeworth volunteers his time with the non-profit

teaches them valuable lessons in teamwork, anti-bullying, and
diversity. Through LIN Media’s Minority Broadcast Scholarship and
Training Program, Mr. Edgeworth will earn hands-on training through
a paid summer 2013 internship at WJCL-TV/WTGS-TV, the local ABC and
FOX affiliates in Savannah, GA.

World Village and Heritage Group. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Latimore
participated in the Disney College Program, where he took part in
personal and career development classes and built transferable
skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, guest service and
effective communication. Mr. Latimore will continue to advance his
career in digital media through a paid summer 2013 internship at
WAVY-TV/WVBT-TV, the local NBC and FOX affiliates in Norfolk,
VA.
In addition to the summer internships, both students will each
receive a two-year scholarship for up to ten thousand dollars
($10,000) per year, which can be used towards tuition, fees, books,
