Bowen to its Board of Trustees effective March 1, 2006. Mr. Bowen fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Stephen Goldsmith. Mr. Bowen has served as Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bowen Engineering Corporation, a construction company that provides design- build general construction, construction management and self-perform services throughout the Midwest, since 1967. Mr. Bowen serves as a director of several community organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Indianapolis, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
