                            Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Nicholas Barham, a director of the Company,
bought 4,511,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company on 31 October 2003
at a price of 26p per share. Following this transaction Mr Barham owns
38,935,219 ordinary shares representing 59.1% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
