CHC awarded Southern North Sea contract by Tullow Oil

VANCOUVER, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CHC Helicopter Corporation
("CHC") (TSX: FLY.SV.A and FLY.MV.B; NYSE: FLI) announced today it
has been awarded a new contract by Tullow Oil for the provision of
a dedicated Sikorsky S76A+ aircraft to support development activity
in the Ketch and Schooner Fields in the Southern North Sea. The
contract, which begins immediately and runs until early 2007, is
valued at approximately CDN $6.1 million. CHC Helicopter
