Angela Holtham, FCPA, FCMA,
ICD.D. to its Board of Directors. Ms. Holtham's appointment
furthers IBI Group's continued commitment to Board renewal,
enhancing board expertise, independence, and good corporate
governance practices.
Ms. Holtham brings to the Board thirteen years of experience as
chief financial officer at The Hospital for Sick Children and
Nabisco Ltd. Canada. In these
positions she was responsible for overseeing traditional finance
functions including internal audit, capital planning, and managing
debt and working capital.
In addition to IBI Group, Ms. Holtham serves on a number of
public and non-profit Boards. She is currently a Director and Chair
of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Ontario Financing
Authority, an agency of the Government of Ontario and a Director and Chair of the Audit
Committee of Oncolytics Biotech Inc. She has also been a long
serving Director with the Certified Management Accountants
(CMA).
