XFN iShares S&P TSX Capped Financials Index ETF

The following corrects and replaces the release issued at 9:28 am ET today. The
position of the fund names iShares J.P. Morgan USD Emerging Markets Bond Index
Fund (CAD-Hedged) and iShares S&P/TSX Equity Income Index Fund have been
reversed in the listing in the release. The complete and corrected release

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary
of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the May 2011 cash distributions
for the sixteen iShares funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which pay on
a monthly basis. Unitholders of record on May 30, 2011 will receive cash
distributions payable on May 31, 2011. Details of the "per unit" distribution
amounts are as follows:
